Mrs. Ngo Thi Thanh Tam began learning the art of Tea Ceremony in 1993 while living in Taiwan, and it has been her greatest interest to this day. She has created a restaurant concept called “MUNI Vegetarian & Tea House” that combines vegetarian cuisine with the tea ceremony. The restaurant offers a quiet and serene atmosphere.

This is not only a place for Mrs. Ngo Thi Thanh Tam to share and meet people who share her interest in Tea Ceremony, but it is also a place to display “Tam Tra Dieu Bao” – A collection of Yixing teapot sets with a quantity of up to 1,000 show-pieces that Mrs. Ngo Thi Thanh Tam has amassed over the course of over 30 years. Yixing teapots made of peculiar clay will elevate the flavor of tea to a new level, exhibiting the standard in the art of tea preparation.

ABOUT “TAM TRA DIEU BAO” COLLECTION 

Mrs. Ngo Thi Thanh Tam’s collection of teapots and cups dates back over 30 years and features exceptionally beautiful and rich designs, unique colors and patterns, and is made from several clay types of the Yixing region: Zi sha; Zhu sha; Duan ni; etc.

The artifacts in the “Tam Tra Dieu Bao” collection are carefully selected by Mrs. Ngo Thi Thanh Tam and crafted by the brilliant hands of famous artisans from Nghi Hung craft village, stretching from the Qing Dynasty to the current day. The collection is not only huge in size, but it also has outstanding artistic worth.

 

In addition, Mrs. Ngo Thi Thanh Tam also collected Yixing teapots from various countries through large auctions, which are included in the collection. These artifacts have a high economic value and are not available to everyone.
