The S-Race Running Tournament for students is a cooperative project to organize school sports communication activities for the period 2020 – 2025 jointly combined to implement by the Department of Physical Education (Ministry of Education and Training), the Board of sports programs Production (Vietnam Television) and the Vietnam Athletics Federation. This is a pioneering large-scale running tournament for students, pupils held in many localities, including Nghe An.

Nghe An was an honored locality chosen by the Organization Board to host the 2020 tournament. Attending this tournament, there were a large number of students from secondary schools, high schools, universities and colleges in the province. These were all excellent people in the athletics movement in schools. This activity created a joyful and exciting atmosphere on the eve of the new year and received the attention of thousands of teachers in the province as well as the whole country through a live program on channel VTV 6 – Vietnam Television.

S-Race 2022 is a running tournament for students with the largest number of participating athletes and in the most provinces and cities in Asia with about 30,000 athletes competing at 05 live broadcast events on Vietnam Television and 03 S-Race online campaigns taking place across 63 provinces and cities.

A series of 05 running tournaments of S-Race 2022 held in 05 provinces and major cities; respectively in Quang Nam, Ho Chi Minh City, Quang Ninh, Hanoi and Nghe An with the messages “Bravery – Conquest – Growth – For Vietnamese Stature – Shine” and 03 S-Race online campaigns to create an inspirational journey in order to promote the good personalities of the young people such as bravery, perseverance, standard attitude, gratitude and aspiration to rise.

The activities of S-RACE 2022 create a great resonance, meaning to spread a healthy lifestyle, habits of hard running in particular and activities of physical development in general, and enhance emotional intelligence for students across the country.
