Due to this journey, foreign buyers will have comprehensive and close access to Vietnam’s distinctive values.

Chung Tai Calf Bologna goods are made from calves grown in the western highlands of Nghe An Province. Using natural grazing and avoiding the usage of weight gainers, the Le Dinh Chung business household has produced leaner and tastier calf meat, as well as an exclusive recipe that has enhanced the flavor of this product.

Since its humble beginnings as a small business household, the company has created a manufacturing foundation of rigorous, contemporary process facilities. This was accomplished through market acuity, inventiveness, and risky investment in high-quality local raw resources. Specifically, the Chung Tai processing facility always follows the 3 regulations: no preservatives, no borax, and no flavoring or coloring additives.

Chung Tai Calf Bologna products obtained 4-star OCOP certification in 2021. This is both a source of pride and “leverage” for the Le Dinh Chung Business Household as it strives to improve product quality and expand its domestic and international market.

The journey to nominate and promote the TOP-BEST best-selling OCOP-certified products in 63 provinces and cities of Vietnam is one of the projects implemented under the strategic alliance between the Vietnam Records Organization (VietKings), the USA Records Organization (USKings) and the World Records Institute (WorldMark), with the goal of propagating and promoting the record values of countries worldwide.
