A total of 624 trainees and coaches from WiT Training Organization Joint Stock Company convened to collectively execute 1000; 3000; and 10,000 squats, with the goal of setting Vietnam record, Asia record, and World record.

Over 600 trainees and coaches were distinguished by the colors of head-wearing scarves, including the blue scarf (doing 1000 squats), the green scarf (doing 300 squats), and the red scarf (doing 10,000 squats). The number of squats has been counted with the technical support of the VIKI FIT application.

The challenge officially started at 8.05 a.m., with captivating performances from over 600 WiT trainees and coaches. Within a duration of 4 hours and 30 minutes, namely from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., 282 trainees and coaches have accomplished the 10,000-squat challenge.

After the process of appraisal and recording of exact data, the World Records Union (WorldKings) officially announced and awarded the World Record certificate to WiT Training Organization Joint Stock Company at the event. The World record certificate of WiT tilted “The world’s maximum number of trainees and coaches participating in a 10,000-squat challenge simultaneously in the same location.”
