The Zipline is part of the Oman Adventures entertainment district of Oman in Khasab. The entertainment complex is located in Musandam, a remote region of Oman located in the northern part of the UAE. Adventure seekers can head to Jebel Fitt station, then follow the path up to Oman Adventures.

Known for its craggy surroundings and traditional wooden dhow excursions, this Omani town has boosted its tourist offerings by opening a 1,800-meter zipline. Travelers will travel 1,800 meters from Jebel Fitt, fly over the Wilayat coast of Khasab and reach speeds of up to 80 km/h.

This is the first attraction to open at the Oman Adventures Mind Center, a new development supported by the Ministry of Heritage and Tourism and designed to promote the kingdom’s adventure tourism offerings. Other plans underway for the Musandam region include new hiking trails and mountain biking trails.

The zipline operates daily from 9 am to 4 pm and remains open during public holidays.

Oman’s The Zipline is currently the longest in the world on water, but not the longest in the region. About an hour’s drive from Khasab, thrill-seekers can ride the world’s longest zipline at Ras Al Khaimah. The Jebel Jais Flyer takes participants flying for three minutes over a distance of 2.83 km, reaching speeds of up to 160 km/h.
