The “Dan Tri Yoga Festival – F5 yourself with Yoga” was held from 5:30 to 8:30 a.m. with the support of professionals from the Indian Embassy, with the goal of introducing the Vietnamese community to the spiritual and physical benefits that yoga provides.

Participating in the event, yogis was given a kit (an exercise mat, a shirt, mineral water, etc.), commemorative medals, the number of registrants, a certificate and gifts from the organizers.

Yoga Festival Day officially began on August 12, 2023, at My Dinh National Stadium (Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi Capital), with 5000 participants performing “Be Healthy and Beautiful with Yoga – Forever Fine.”

The performance includes postures like Mountain Pose (Tadasana), Stork Pose (Krounchasana), rolling back and pushing the shoulders, and others that assist in relax the entire body while also improving muscular health and firmness. In addition to practicing Yoga, 5,000 people constructed the shape of the Vietnamese flag.

The Vietnam Records Organization (VietKings) officially awarded Dan Tri Electronic Newspaper the record for “The largest number of participants performing Yoga and shaping the national flag in Vietnam” with a recorded number of 5,000 participants at the festival after observing and documenting the requirements and operation process.

At the event, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Records Organization (VietKings) included: Ambassador Ngo Quang Xuan, Former Vietnamese Ambassador to the United Nations, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Record Association, Chairman of the Global Vietnamese Record Organization (VietWorld); Mr. Hoang Thai Tuan Anh – General Secretary of Indochina Book of Records (Indochinakings), Chief Representative of Vietnam Records Office in the North, Ms. Vo Luu Lan Uyen – Deputy General Secretary of Vietnam Records Organization (VietKings) with members of the Supervisory Board.
