Not only is Ram (Ha Tinh fried spring roll) an alluring delicacy, but it also contains numerous high-nutrition values and crucial cultural meanings in the lives of people from Ha Tinh. Ram cake – round segments of spring roll wrapper – is an essential component of a traditional Ram in order to achieve authenticity. The primary constituents of Ram cake are rice, molasses, and salt, which give it a distinct flavor. The filling for the Ram consists of eggs, ground pork, glass noodles, wood-ear mushrooms, and scallions. The ingredients are chopped and combined, then wrapped in a Ram cake and deep-fried in hot oil. As a result, the fried Ram has an eye-catching yellowish-brown color, a crusty exterior, and a flavorful interior.

On April 22nd, 2023, 60 lecturers and students of Nguyen Du College together processed the fried Ram roll with a length of 20.23 m, a diameter of 2.5 cm in 30 minutes.

The fried Ram roll was made from 6.5 kg components such as Ram cake wrappers, a filling consisting of ground pork, glass noodles, wood ear mushrooms, vegetables, and spices

To have a fried Ram roll that is 20.23 meters long, the contestants must rehearse numerous times before the final competition. With a single error, the ram will be fractured or torn

The process of frying Nem so as not to be torn or break is a coordinated process of all 60 lecturers and students

The entire implementation process was supervised by a representative of the Vietnam Records Organization (VietKings)
