FBR is the creator of Hadrian X, the world’s first fully automated end-to-end robotic bricklayer. Fastbrick Robotics’ revolutionary bricklaying machine Hadrian X represents the first application of the Company’s underlying intellectual property portfolio. Hadrian X is a globally patented 3Drobotic bricklaying system and marks the transition to dynamically stabilized robots (DSR) operating outdoors in uncontrolled environments.

Work on Hadrian X commercial bricklaying robot began in March 2015. Hadrian X is built from steel, aluminum, and carbon fiber composite materials, and is said to have a bricklaying rate of one thousand bricks per hour. On the 1st of September 2020, Hadrian X began building its first non-residential commercial structure; the structure is located southeast of Perth.

In November 2016, Fastbrick Robotics won the Western Australian Innovator of the Year Award.
